RETELLING A TED TALK
Are you ready for the second project? It is time to select a good topic and a good TED talk to retell in class. 1. visit www.ted.com and identify a topic that you like. 2. watch the video several times 3. take notes of the sequence, details, vocabulary words 4. prepare to retell the TED talk to your classmates. Answer the following questions. 1. Why did you select this video? 2. What did you learned? 3. What new words did you learn? 4. Do you recommend this video to other people? **** You do not need to prepare a power point or any other visual aid. TALK IS ENOUGH.

Well, I don't have any idea about these phobias. The more rare for me were Hippotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia and Dextrophobia.
ReplyDeleteIt is my phobia of heights because I'm afraid to be in a high place and think I can fall.
Sometimes I dream that I have to leave an apartment by the balcony but I can not go by the fear of heights.

ReplyDeleteI think it's illogical the Metrofobia, I do not understand, because poetry is beautiful to me. Anyway, I think my phobia is called Talasophobia, because I have panic of being in the open sea or in deep water, in fact I could not learn to swim. :S

ReplyDeleteWell, I never heard that thoses phobias,usually I lear about commos, like claustrophobia or arachnophobia.I listened olfactophonia once a time.
My phobia is related to higher places. I feel so nervous when I´m in thoses places.

ReplyDeleteIs really funny and interesting listen this phobias in special Hippotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia and Geliophobia. :D I think my phobia is referent to be a dreaming and never can to awaken of the dream.

Hi classmates and teacher, well...I don't have Phobias and less with which they show in this video.For me the weirdest of the phobias is genuphobia.

Hello, I don't have any idea about these phobias. But is very intresting know these types of diferentes phobias and your meanings.
ReplyDeleteI did not have idea about these phobias until right now. This video is interesting for ne because I could learn that there are people with this types of phobias , some these phobias are difficult to believe for me . I dont have any phobia ; there are some animal scare me but, I consider that's normal..
